Responsibilities:
- IT Systems support & operations including AWS (systems & networks) and Salesforce.com
- Salesforce.com administration and business process automation
- Database and Data Warehouse management
- Data Cleansing / Data Loading / Data Quality
- System-to-System Data Integration / API development
- Business Intelligence Reporting
- Quality Assurance & QA Automation
- Internal tooling development & automation with Python and other languages
- Business requirements gathering & analysis
- Technology vendor and tooling evaluation
- Managing software releases & deployments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT systems support, AWS, and Salesforce.com administration.
- Proficiency in database management, data cleansing, and data loading.
- Strong skills in system-to-system data integration and API development.
- Hands-on experience with Python and other languages for tooling and automation.
- Familiarity with business intelligence reporting and data analysis.
- QA expertise, including manual testing and QA automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure data quality.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Analytical mindset for business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
