Junior Data Engineer

About the role As a Junior Data Engineer, your role will encompass work on our digital publishing platform which serves over 60 million users per month. Your tasks will involve working with our skilled Data Engineering team on a data platform capable of handling the vast amount of data we process. You'll also work closely with stakeholders and analysts to understand and meet crucial business requirements. You will have a basic understanding along with a zeal for learning and further developing your skills. As a Junior Data Engineer you will: - Immerse yourself in our data ecosystem - Develop, enhance, and maintain data quality and our ETL processes - Integrate data to and from various disparate data sources and destinations - Follow our standards, best practices, and guidelines and proactively improve them - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to further our Data strategy - Keep up to date with industry and technical developments - Participate in planning meetings and stand-ups - Cultivate good working relationships with a diverse group of colleagues.
