About the Role: A Sales Data Quality Analyst is responsible for studying business processes and identifying areas for boosting efficiency, minimizing costs, and improving overall performance. What You'll Do: - Analyze business processes surrounding account acquisition/enrichment and identify opportunities for improvement - Gather and evaluate data to identify trends and patterns in business operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and resolve operational issues regarding account quality - Create and maintain operational reports to monitor key performance metrics - Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitive activities, and industry best practices - Communicate findings and suggestions to stakeholders and leadership - Develop and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners What We're Looking For: - Analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical to succeed as a Business Operations Analyst - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment - A degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is typically required - 1- 3 years of experience in business operations or a similar role Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is integral to Motive's core values.
