What You'll Do
As a Senior GTM Finance Analyst, your main objective is to aid our understanding and enhancement of Issuu's GTM business. You'll collaborate closely with our Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams, concentrating on financial growth, forecasting, and business expansion.
Financial Expertise: We're counting on you to develop financial plans, forecasts, renewals, and analysis for our leadership team.
GTM (Go to Market) Support: You'll become the central figure for GTM finance, monitoring vital metrics such as ARR/MRR, renewals, financial forecasts, and more.
Performance Booster: Cooperate with various teams to augment our business performance and identify growth potentials.
Strategic Planning: Assist us in making intelligent long-term plans for Issuu's success. This role is fundamental for annual planning.
Communicate Insights: Support in disseminating our strategies and performance to our Board of Directors and investors.
Support Special Projects: Participate in thrilling initiatives and collaborations with corporations like Adobe, Canva, Google, and more!
What You'll Need
Finance Know-How: At least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in rapidly growing tech companies or finance-centric roles.
Number Ninja: Excellent competence with numbers and financial models. Attention to detail is required.
Data Skills: Familiarity with SQL and working with data teams to model large data sets.
Analytical Mindset: Delve into data to uncover insights and aid informed decision-making.
Communication: Capable of discussing figures with financial experts and presenting them clearly to non-experts.
Independence: A self-starter capable of managing responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Coach mentality: As a Data enthusiast, sharing stories, knowledge, and recommendations is critical for success in this role.
Nice to Have
Understanding of B2B SaaS businesses and their growth strategies.
Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance.
Proficiency in Python and/or R is a plus.
