We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and optimizing machine learning and data processing pipelines, along with a deep understanding of NLP techniques and algorithms. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and data processing pipelines - Develop, test, and deploy NLP models to address business challenges - Collaborate closely with data scientists and other cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient integration of ML/NLP models into our products - Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and NLP, ensuring our techniques and tools remain cutting-edge - Effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and team members Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus - 4-6 years of experience in building machine learning and data processing pipelines - Strong experience with NLP techniques and tools such as Hugging Face, sentence-transformers, Spacy, BERT, generative models, etc - Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker or Kubernetes - Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications: - Experience in MLOps, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between data science and operations to deploy machine learning models efficiently - Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS - Ability to optimize ML pipelines for performance and scalability Additional Information Devexperts employees create the art of FinTech in comfortable workspaces located in modern business centers around the world.
