Responsibilities
- Contribute to all aspects of the Machine Learning development process, including model architecture, data curation, training and inference infrastructures, evaluation pipelines, PEFT, and many other exciting cutting edge AI technologies as they emerge
- Collaborate with product engineers to develop and integrate ML models and features.
- Collaborate with research scientists on original research in the space of foundation model
- Building reliable and secure systems to power our web-based applications
- Develop prototypes and experiments, while researching and developing novel ideas, new AI tools and technologies

Where We Work
We work in a hybrid model. During the week we’re in the office three days a week. During the day we have core hours when everyone is expected to be available. We are currently hiring in Sunnyvale, CA, although we do sometimes make exceptions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong algorithm, data structure and coding skills
- Familiar with the state of the art in AI
- Experiences in end-to-end ML application development, including data engineering, model tuning, model serving and model serving
- Experiences in NLP
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of excellence and desire to grow
- Experience at fast-growing companies or startups
- Experiences in large-scale ML development
- Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications
Compensation
We aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company.
The pay range for this position in California, is estimated to fall in the base range of approximately $150,000 - $300,000.
This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may vary.
