Job Description

As an intern Data Scientist, you will work on exciting topics in non-life insurance pricing and customer clustering to improve risk assessment and facilitate our business transformation.

Your missions 📝:

  • Perform in-depth analyses of actuarial data to identify optimal pricing models in non-life insurance
  • Collaborate with the actuarial team to design, develop and implement advanced predictive models using machine learning and data mining techniques
  • Perform customer clustering studies to segment the database and identify customer profiles to optimize business performance
  • Participate in the design and improvement of the company's key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide actionable insights based on data analysis results

Qualifications

  • You are a final year student in actuarial studies, engineering school, statistics, applied mathematics and are looking for a one-year internship
  • You have a good knowledge of actuarial concepts and non-life insurance pricing
  • You have strong programming skills (Python, R, etc.) and experience with common machine learning libraries
  • You have technical skills in clustering and segmentation analysis

The apprenticeship will start in September 2023.
