About our Business Intelligence Team We are building an E-Commerce Analytics SaaS solution which helps brands to make more informed decisions. This covers areas across marketing, logistics, sales and product management. We are currently looking for a motivated BI Developer to assist us in scaling our software as a service reporting solution and to bridge the gap between business processes and business intelligence for our clients. The position can either be part-time (minimum 80%) or full-time and is based in Hamburg. Learning about us, you would: Help scale our software as a service reporting solution Translate business requirements into technical specifications Optimize Power BI data models of our products & custom client solutions Develop and execute database queries and analyze their performance Identify & implement data transformations along the data pipeline Work collaboratively with our software developers and product managers on our SaaS solution Collaborate with our business analysts on custom client projects Focus on Business Intelligence projects, but you will also acquire a comprehensive understanding of our business and industry. Requirements Who Are You? You have completed courses in computer science, informatics or number-driven studies You have a minimum of four years of experience with business intelligence tools, with at last two years using Power BI. You have earlier worked as a BI Developer or in a similar role – preferably with a DBA responsibility You are an expert in SQL. Knowledge of Python is an advantage but not a requirement You're self-motivated, eager to learn and develop your knowledge on a daily basis You're highly analytical, proactive, and can prioritize tasks independently You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Benefits What's in it for you?
