Job Description
In this context, we are looking for a permanent contract, a:
Business Data Manager F/M
Your main duties for this position will be as follows:
- Develop strategies to ensure data reliability;
- Ensure the quality, accessibility, and integrity of databases and propose optimizations;
- Design and deploy data organization in the Laboratory Information System (LIS), with the assistance of IT teams, to enable quick and efficient use in various usage contexts and to develop relevant reporting;
- Write and publish the operating procedures on data management and utilization;
- Implement best usage practices and necessary controls to ensure data integrity and quality;
- Act as the interface between the operational, IT, Marketing, Sales Quality, and Management Control teams for the use of internal data;
- Implement monitoring tools, statistics, and data consistency checks;
- Manage a team of 4 people responsible for implementing the data update needs as required by the organization;
- Prioritize internal requests regarding data updates according to urgency and importance of the topics.
Qualifications
Coming from a high-level education such as a Master's degree in computer science/mathematics oriented towards Data Management, or an engineering degree, you have at least 5 years of significant experience in data management.
You have experience in database administration and you have a true mastery of statistics. Knowledge of an LIS (Laboratory Information System) would be a plus.
You are proficient in Excel and have a strong ability to process, analyze, and structure large volumes of data.
Your interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, synthesis and analysis capabilities, organizational skills will be assets in the success of your missions.
