[CTG] Reporting and Finance Business Partner (Fluent in English, Knowledgeable in Power BI)

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previously named: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. This engineering development center is engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and provides IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development etc.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Japanese-English-Japanese Translations, Information Security) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally. Job Description 1. Participate in the full business planning cycle of BGSV, from headcount planning to revenue, cost, and complete P&L. 2. Manage monthly/yearly internal reports such as Revenue, Profit and Loss, and Cost Management for internal stakeholders within BGSV as well as the central team in Germany/India. 3. Work closely with stakeholders on all financial related matters, providing valuable insights to enhance the business. 4. Build and ensure the internal control system operates effectively. 5. Participate in developing automated/dashboard reporting to transform data into valuable insights and real-time analysis. 6. Understand the process and ensure harmonized projects are rolled out smoothly. 7. Carry out other tasks as required by the manager from time to time. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics. 2. At least 4 years in the same or similar role. 3. Must have strong analytical skills including building models and prior data mining. 4. Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and a passion to learn and grow. 5. Solid foundation in financial analysis, creating forecasts, and models. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required, familiarity with SAP and finance systems are a plus. 7. Must have clear communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management. 8. Ability to work and collaborate well with team members.
