Almedia assists companies with growth by advertising their apps, games, surveys, and more to our large user base of 750k active users per month. Our primary site receives 15k sign-ups a day and 10M page visits a month. In just over two years, we have paid nearly $30M to our users, who get rewards for completing tasks and surveys. Responsibilities: - Use data to increase revenue in one of the following fields: Advertiser Return on Ad Spend, User Acquisition, Gamification/Product - Lead and manage analytics projects from the beginning to the end, including conducting detailed analysis of the product funnel, designing and executing experiments, and creating and applying decision models - Take charge of and conduct product experiments aimed at promoting growth, improving existing features, and pinpointing new areas of opportunity - Measure the effect of features and projects by analyzing appropriate metrics and conducting split-testing in various user groups - Write SQL queries to offer key contextual insights for different areas of the business - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, like product, developers, business development, and user acquisition channel managers - Develop and identify significant metrics that can be used to measure the progress of teams and projects Requirements: - 3 or more years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a history of contributing to decision-making in business, marketing, or product domains - A bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative fields of study - Good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases - Strong Python skills - Preference for candidates with backgrounds in advertising technology, gaming, or marketing - Proven ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and derive actionable insights - Skill in designing and conducting experiments, and analyzing the results - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in a clear and precise way - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proven ability to work independently and lead projects from beginning to end - Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders Benefits: - Small, young, and highly ambitious team - you can shape and contribute to our future - Modern office in Berlin Mitte with regular events - Free drinks and snacks - 3-4 team events/trips outside of Germany per year - Competitive salary - Profitable start-up - no financial risk - Bring your own device or choose a new device provided by the company - Flexible working hours - Education budget
