About the role The Finance Reconciliation team at ETG handles accounting reconciliations at the order level, ensuring we receive the correct payments from customers and pay the correct amounts to vendors for all our orders. Within this function, we operate an Analytics and Reporting team that supports the ERP teams by analyzing unreconciled transactions. We are seeking a Data Analyst to join this Athens-based team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data and analytics and provide valuable insights to the business. This role belongs to a global organization and works with key stakeholders across different time zones. We need someone detail-oriented who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Work with large data sets to identify issues, risks and provide financial functions with insights and risks related to large datasets. - Present data and findings through visualizations to broader audiences. - Cooperate closely with our BI team to create new features in Business Intelligence tools, such as Qlikview, Qlik Sense, and Looker for continuous improvement in reporting and analytics. - Analyze data quality, discover trends, and identify metrics to support decisions and business opportunities. - Work with diverse teams across the organization to build and monitor new and existing KPIs. - Collaborate with global teams to promote a data-driven approach. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related technical field. - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in data analysis and report production. - Experience with Python programming. - Extensive knowledge of MS Excel. - Experience in a Data Analyst role or similar. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Ability to work independently with a high sense of accountability. Nice to Have - Experience with Looker, Qlik Sense, or other BI tools. - Experience with Microsoft D365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
