We are seeking to hire a capable, multi-skilled Data Analyst to join our expanding team in London. Data forms the basis of all we do, and to fulfill our vision, we need inquisitive, persistent individuals who can transform data into strategy and actions with their expertise. Requirements Role and responsibilities and main competencies - Using analytical techniques to address complex, multi-functional problems - Determining metrics and creating dashboards to support performance analysis, operations, decision making, and product development - Working with large datasets of finance, marketing, and operations data for analysis and report creation. For instance, manipulating WIP time recording and client intake event streams - Creating detailed analytical solutions that remain flexible to allow for effective scenario exploration and accommodate evolving variables and data structures - Commercial modelling, devising cost/benefit analysis of proposed actions and outcomes based on a consistent value model What you will bring to Pogust Goodhead: Essential - 2+ years in a similar data or analytical role, with solid experience in querying, analyzing, and extracting insights from data - Experience with DAX measures, calculated columns, and relational data structures as shown in Power BI - Expertise in Excel.
