We are currently recruiting a Data Architect to contribute to a crucial federal project that significantly affects the daily lives of millions of Americans. In this capacity, you will facilitate the establishment and creation of an integrated environment for data analysts to access and conduct their daily tasks, without the need to combine various tools and workflows. What you will do and contribute: - A recognized history of creating bespoke data/analytics solutions and the capacity to support large-scale projects. - Proficiency in system analysis, data analysis, or coding, employing a range of computer languages and methodologies. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (services such as EKS, Kinesis, Athena, EKS, S3, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, ECS, EventBridge, SQS, etc). - Over five years of demonstrable data and performance engineering experience. - Supervise the refinement and discovery requirements. - Collaborate with third-party data owners to establish ingestion strategies and rhythm. - Keep abreast of new feature offerings, develop Proof of Concepts (POC), and assess feasibility. - Outline metrics around technical solution performance. - Create and design high-level architecture solutions. - Direct staff and engineers in testing and collecting feedback on solutions. - Foster a positive, cooperative, and trusting environment with the government and other vendors. Requirements: - Must be a US citizen and able to work domestically. - Must be capable of obtaining a low-level security clearance. Education: - Bachelor’s Degree is required. Compensation: At Oddball, we believe it's important that every employee is rewarded competitively and equitably. In accordance with state legal requirements, a pay range for the position is listed below. Please note that the actual offer details depend on the job category, job location, and the candidate's skill level. United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $160,000.
