Job Description
Role Summary
- Understand Razorfish's data capabilities and how data fits into a client’s overall strategy
- Understand the range of data services and crafts
- Able to manage data team tasks within cross-capability projects
Data Strategy
- Able to identify key issues and objectives based on internal and client needs with supervision
Communication Skills
- Is an active listener and considerate communicator within internal and client discussions
- Able to prepare internal and client presentations with minimal supervision
- Takes responsibility for own materials and can answer questions logically and properly
- Participates effectively in meetings, and is confident in offering ideas and suggestions
- Is starting to play a leadership role in team discussions and is more comfortable presenting alternative viewpoints appropriately (supported by facts)
- Able to independently create sections of client documents with guidance in addition to using pre-existing templates
- Takes detailed meeting notes with clear next steps for individual owners
- Shows skill in turning data into visually compelling presentations and can adapt new formats as needed
Client Engagement

- Can identify when a request should be completed by the data team
- Understands how to record client feedback and recognizes when to escalate issues

Qualifications
Tools & Techniques
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and Domo or similar data visualization platform required
- Experience with Looker Studio and SQL preferred
- Has deeper knowledge of statistical concepts/coding languages for advanced analytics capabilities
- Proactively identifies own learning gaps and seeks to answer them through internal resources or asking experts
Analytics
- 2-3+ years of experience with digital media and web analytics
- Planning and Implementation
- Able to own sections of learning agenda/ measurement plan
- Able to seamlessly implement a measurement program with minimal guidance
- Insight Generation
- Able to understand the best path to extract, cleanse, manipulate and analyze data
- Shows ability to synthesize implications ("so whats?") from analysis with minimal guidance
- Uses these insights to provide useful recommendations to the team.

The pay range for this position is $70,000- $110,000 per year. This is what the Company believes will be the pay range for this role at the time of this posting. In line with the law, the final compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the candidate together with the job requirements, and the Company maintains the right to change this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
