About Proxymity
Proxymity is revolutionizing the market infrastructure of a traditionally established sector—Proxy Voting, Shareholder Disclosure, and Identification.
Founded in London and evolved out of Citi, our mission from the start has been to benefit the entire ecosystem, rather than just a segment or single player. This philosophy is backed by investments from a global consortium of the most influential financial institutions in the industry.
We currently cater to 29 markets and are swiftly expanding our global reach. With offices in the UK, Israel, and Australia, our Proxymity Shareholder ID and Vote Connect products can serve all markets worldwide, with our primary Vote Connect Total product providing comprehensive digital connectivity in 12 key markets globally.
