Sr Manager, IT Master Data Products at a glance

This position is in charge of leading a team of seasoned Master Data experts in activities related to master data projects and everyday business needs for the Kraft Heinz Company. The person in this role will control both internal and external project resources, overseeing the delivery of master data implementation.

What's on the menu?

• Lead, interact and liaise with internal and external project resources, ensuring Master Data deliverables are completed as scheduled according to Project milestones.

• Play the role of Project Data Delivery Lead, leading the team and facilitating design sessions, determining optimal designs, developing functional and business process specifications, supervising the creation and execution of test plans, and owning the solution deployment to the organization, including documentation, training, and business support hence ensuring proper change management.

• Act as Technical Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions; Interact effectively with Leadership and end-users to understand business needs and supporting data & process requirements.

• Coordinate with data team, functional process teams, functional business and technical stakeholders to ensure delivery work is progressing on time, within scope & release requirements and with the highest quality.

• Ability to lead discussions/team across multiple domains.

• Help define and develop standards, guidelines, and Data processes.

• Work with IT & Business Leadership to develop and manage project scope, assign and schedule resources, and monitor the progress of deliverables.

• Responsible for identifying the impacts and requirements for Data Management to support the organization’s 'To-Be' vision within the system, and for verifying that the project team meets the business objectives.

• Manage the efforts to analyze, cleanse, convert and load data into the target application architecture and provide direction to the data team members.

• Experience in Project management with prior involvement in large scale data migration & master data governance implementation projects.

• Experience in Master Data management and governance.

• Techno-Functional in Master Data Governance with experience in one of the Master Data domains – Product/Material, Business Partner (Customer/Vendor), and Finance.

• Prior experience leading/managing a group of internal and external resources in delivering required data tools for migration.

• Experience in Master Data Governance support project and knowledgeable about global delivery model operations.

• Prior experience in business process definition and data modeling.
