Role BI / DW Developer About The BI DW Developer is tasked with providing support and development to the SAP Business Objects. Their key responsibilities include maintaining, improving, and implementing new reports and dashboards using SAP Business Objects / Crystal Reports / WEBI. They must also handle tasks such as identifying and resolving issues, and data reconciliation, and working on the enhancement of systems processes. Responsibilities: - Support and Maintenance of the Business Intelligence system - Creating new reports and dashboards based on requirements. - Identifying and resolving data and technical issues efficiently, effectively, and with consistently high quality. - Communicating with upstream and downstream teams. - Liaising with business users to resolve any technical issues within the system. - Gathering and analyzing requirements for enhancements. Creating and maintaining technical design documents, reports and dashboards, and testing them. - Supporting daily activities related to report data loads and delivery of daily/monthly reports of this Global application. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent degree - 2-4 years of work experience in Business Intelligence development/support - Experience and working knowledge in SAP Business Objects 4.2, 4.3 versions/Crystal Reports/WEBI/Tableau/QlikView/Power BI or any other BI tools - 1+ years of experience in Billing or Invoicing or ERP Systems - 2+ years of experience in Database and SQL - Experience with formal project methodology framework (SDLC) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining technical proficiency - Experience in projects for which periodic status reporting to technology management and review assessments post-implementation is performed - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Programming language experience with SQL, and VBA Preferred Qualifications: - 2-4 years of IT experience - 3+ years of experience and working knowledge in the development and support of BI reporting application using SAP Business Objects 4.2 & 4.3/Crystal Reports/WEBI/Tableau/QlikView/Power BI or any other BI tools All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at [website].
