Key Responsibilities: - Guide and mentor a team of AI engineers, offering technical direction, nurturing their growth. - Cooperate with product managers and stakeholders to outline AI project goals, prerequisites, and deadlines. - Design, create, and apply AI models, algorithms, and applications to tackle complex business issues. - Supervise the complete AI model lifecycle, including data aggregation, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Remain updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, incorporating best practices into projects. - Promote data-driven decision-making using comprehensive analytics and visualization techniques. - Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of AI solutions. - Lead research activities to explore and integrate cutting-edge AI methodologies. Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Confirmable experience as an AI engineer or data scientist, with a history of leading successful AI projects. - Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python). - Strong expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Efficient leadership, communication, and team management abilities. - A passion for staying updated with AI and machine learning advancements.
