Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager at Abridge, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment of our products and services to customers. Acting as the primary liaison for our partners, you’ll drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery that exceeds user expectations.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, sees obstacles as opportunities, and is perpetually curious. Strong communication skills and a bias toward execution are essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations and act as the main point of contact, instilling confidence and ensuring high NPS.
  • Manage and execute project plans with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee project phases including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, and post-live stabilization.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Communicate project progress transparently to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with support and operational management for process improvements.
  • Create repeatable processes for scalable implementations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in healthcare technology implementations from start to finish.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Speedy and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with partners.
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues early with proposed solutions.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software deployment and B2B implementations.
  • Experience with electronic record systems implementation (Epic is a plus).

Preferable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with privacy and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.
