We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our mission of transforming the healthcare industry.
Drive Customer Success: Build strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the implementation process and beyond.
Revenue Generation: Work closely with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration of our healthcare solutions.
Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our healthcare technology and provide strategic insights to maximize ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with sales and marketing teams to craft solution messaging and support sales efforts.

Healthcare Technology Expertise: Experience in the healthcare sector with knowledge of RTLS, IoT, and location technology solutions. Familiarity with SaaS products for healthcare is highly desirable.
Pipeline Management: Proven track record of managing pipelines to support Customer Success growth, preferably in high-growth startup environments.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
