Job Opportunity: AI/ML Professionals

Job Description

We are seeking experienced AI/ML professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You will be working with primary technologies such as Oracle, MongoDB, and various AI/ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Build ETL pipelines using technologies such as Python and Spark.
• Implement new ETL pipelines across different architectures (e.g., file-based, streaming).
• Optimally store large datasets using formats like Parquet, JSON, and table types such as Iceberg, Hive.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to provide necessary data for analysis.
• Work with Data Platform, Architecture, and Governance teams to make data scalable, consumable, and discoverable.
• Leverage cloud-based technologies (primarily AWS, some GCP) for building and deploying data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience building ETL pipelines for a Data Lake/Warehouse.
• 2+ years of experience with Python.
• 2+ years of experience with Spark.
• Proficiency with Hive, Iceberg, Glue, or other big data table technologies.
• Familiarity with big data file types such as Parquet, Avro, and JSON.
• Experience in building data platforms in the cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience building RAG-based tools is a plus.

Success Measures

• In 3 months: Collaborate with Data Analytics and Data Science stakeholders to build your first ETL pipeline.
• In 6 months: Own and deliver a large project from scoping and design to final delivery.
• In 12 months: Design new features, lead development, and become an expert on specific parts of the system.
