What You'll Be Doing

As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Assist with requirements gathering and solution designs as you support our Business Analysts.
• Architect and develop interactive transactional and knowledge bots for both chat and voice interfaces.
• Collaborate with our dynamic team to design, develop, and maintain advanced bots, models, and applications.
• Ensure high-quality bot and model performance using automated training processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Leverage your expertise in DialogFlow, Natural Language Understanding (NLU) & Natural Language Generation (NLG) / Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), NodeJS, TypeScript, and Python.
• Lead program initiatives, including governance and change management.
• Utilize your knowledge of REST API development, NoSQL database, and RDBMS design and optimizations.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Your toolkit includes:

• Proven expertise in NLU, GenAI, Google Dialog Flow, and Machine Learning.
• Robust development skills with NodeJS, Java or Python; SQL and NoSQL databases proficiency.
• Familiarity with cloud services architectures like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• An understanding of contact center solutions tech including Google CCAI, Cisco, and Genesys (desirable).

What You Can Expect

Salary for this role is targeted at $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and location, with eligibility for an annual incentive program. Benefits include:
