Role Overview: Data Analyst, Risk Adjustment Coding

You will play a crucial role within the Payer Solutions team, focusing on enhancing risk adjustment and quality digital use cases. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing extensive datasets to identify trends and insights, aimed at improving coding reporting productivity and quality.
• Providing on-demand business insights through ad-hoc queries and real-time data analysis.
• Collecting, interpreting, and aggregating data to support medical record coding and quality processes for risk adjustment.
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying reports tailored to the needs of risk adjustment business users.
• Automating the majority of reporting tasks to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven strategic insights.
• Maintaining awareness of industry trends and advancements to continually enhance analytical capabilities.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and MS Excel.
• Deep knowledge of risk adjustment data analysis and risk models such as HCC, RxHCC, HHS-HCC, and CDPS.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end risk adjustment solutions.
• Strong abilities in building, architecting, and delivering both customer-facing and internal reports.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, manipulation, and statistical analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and initiative, with excellent communication and time management abilities.
