Formed in 2012, Elastic is a distributed company with employees worldwide. We are searching for an Enterprise Data Analyst to join our expanding team. The fundamental mission of our Enterprise Data Team is to ensure data availability and reliability across the enterprise to fulfill Elastic's strategic objectives by influencing how data is defined, consumed, delivered, and upheld. This role will focus on Business Intelligence and metrics by providing the necessary analysis to maintain our regular reporting cycles. In addition, the candidate will also provide insights through new reports and dashboards to improve understanding of our business performance. The incumbent will work closely with several business partners across Elastic in extensive reporting, analysis, and data management for large-scale decision-making. As a Data Analyst, your duties will include identifying, creating, and developing enterprise-level data sources, performance metrics, and reports that speed up business insights and decision making at scale. You will also develop reporting and visualization capabilities, support the delivery and implementation of data certification processes and initiatives, and implement comprehensive data quality monitoring processes. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience with Tableau and SQL, a solid understanding of basic statistics and econometrics, and strong problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills.
