Job Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Integrity Specialist to join our Producer Support Team. In this essential role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, focusing primarily on agent appointment data. Your responsibilities will include regular audits of the CRM and website, matching enrollment data, and other ad hoc audit tasks. You will collaborate closely with the new agent onboarding and agent contracting teams to support our agent network's growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Contracting Clean Up: Regularly audit and clean up contracting records in the CRM.
• Update Contracting Statuses: Maintain up-to-date contracting statuses for all agents.
• Verify Correct Uplines: Ensure correct upline records for all agents in the CRM.
• Data Input During Agent Intake: Audit data input during agent intake for accuracy.
• Active Agent Verification: Verify prospector, sales director, and recruiter details for each active agent during the welcome email process.
• Carrier Data Management: Ensure carrier data accuracy and currency with the Analytics Director and Chief Growth Officer.
• Continuous Improvement: Adapt and refine processes over time to meet evolving needs.

Performance Indicators

• Data Accuracy Rate: Achieve and maintain 98% data accuracy in the CRM.
• Contract Completion Improvement: Achieve a 95% completion rate within the first 30 days of onboarding.
• Timeliness of Updates: Ensure a 24-hour turnaround for status and data updates.
• Feedback from Teams: Achieve a 90% positive feedback rate from onboarding and contracting teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
