Brief Description: The role of a Data Operations Analyst involves enhancing our capacity to monitor, measure and manage our internal data supply chain applications. A Data Operations Analyst must be proficient in handling the Global People Data team's internal datasets and tools, and also in coordinating with external groups to consistently meet their requirements. A Data Operations Analyst is anticipated to be a significant contributor in the development of Global People Data tools that confirm that all crucial processes are supervised for availability, and throughput meets the expected standards for volume and quality. Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary: 1. Monitor and Report the status of existing data supply chain processes and data feeds. 2. Construct tools and reporting mechanisms that augment transparency into key procedures and throughput. 3. Collaborate closely with relevant groups to ensure business continuity. 4. Execute analysis on large datasets to evaluate fill rates, data quality, and data consistency. 5. Serve as a member of one or more agile teams, employing lean principles and SCRUM methodology. Education/Experience and Competencies: 1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or a related field). 2. Experience with SQL (1-3 years). 3. Experience with Python (1-3 years). 4. Ability to collaborate effectively with others to solve problems. 5. Experience in operational work.
