Key Responsibilities:

As the Director/Senior Director of Clinical Data Management, you will:

• Lead strategic planning and direction for clinical data management operations, overseeing both internal teams and external CRO partnerships.
• Develop comprehensive data management strategies to enhance the consistency and quality of clinical trial data across all development phases.
• Work collaboratively with departments such as Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs to optimize data collection and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance with regulatory norms, employing the latest data management technologies and practices.
• Provide mentorship and foster professional development within the clinical data management team.
• Ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements like GCP and ICH guidelines through robust quality control measures.

Qualifications:

Suitable candidates should possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of clinical data management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with proven leadership skills.
• Expert knowledge of current clinical trial data management practices and regulatory standards.
• Strong capability with clinical data management systems (CDMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) technologies.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
