The Global Customer Service Business Intelligence Analyst is guided by data, strategy, and results; Furthermore, they are a crucial stakeholder dedicated to delivering vital insights and data analysis related to customer service. These insights will greatly shape our roadmap as we strive to be acknowledged as the top and most reliable customer experience brand globally!

*NOTE: This role will not commence until February 2024*

Opportunities you will have:

  • Function as a trusted business operations and analytics partner to the customer service leaders and stakeholders.
  • Deliver valuable insights and supporting data to significantly enhance core KPIs (i.e. customer contentment, service levels, first contact rates, and cost per contact).
  • Create dashboards to provide stakeholders with a transparent view of our business’s current state.
  • Set KPIs that assess our operations’ performance and guide resource allocation.
  • Offer meaningful and quantifiable customer feedback that fuels improvements to our customer experience.
  • Operate as a culture ambassador; actively embody StubHub's cultural values while inspiring others to do so.

We are looking for a teammate with:

  • 2+ years of reporting and experience with a procedural programming language (e.g: SQL), Power BI, Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and influential abilities with the competence to foster a positive culture.
  • Fluency in functional/technical skills; Internet applications, office applications, internal tools.
  • Data-Obsessed, inquisitive, all decisions are rooted in data, and its integrity is ensured.
  • Ability to transform ambiguous questions into clear analytical problems and solve them using data.
  • Comfortable taking the lead to get things done without waiting for direction.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% to our NYC, Los Angeles, Limerick, and/or Taipei offices.

The estimated gross range for this position stands between $125,000-$150,000 annually. Actual compensation will differ based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. The base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and all-inclusive health benefits.
