Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a GenAI Engineer/Machine Learning Developer, you will:

• Collaborate in gathering and documenting user requirements, developing user stories, and planning projects.
• Implement modern AI/Gen AI best practices in model development and deployment.
• Build, validate, and apply AI models effectively.
• Set and enforce high standards and best practices in AI development.
• Analyze and rank ML algorithms to address specific problems based on success probability.
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by sharing insights on the best ML Engineering practices.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• At least 3 years of experience in ML development and MLOps.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python, along with extensive knowledge of ML, Data, and API libraries.
• Proficient in developing end-to-end data pipelines and managing ML model development.
• Experience in cloud environments like SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerized environments like Mesos, Kubernetes.
• Keen interest in solving functional and industry-specific challenges.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as SparkML, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, H2O, etc.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• Expertise in Big Data, Data Modeling, and SAP platforms.
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, and defining data augmentation pipelines.
• Skills in training models and tuning hyperparameters to optimize performance.

Candidate Experience:

• Experience with large-scale data sets and distributed systems like Spark/Hadoop.
• Knowledge of deploying AI/ML platforms on Kubernetes and containerization.
• Familiarity with IBM AI/ML services (WatsonX, Assistant, Discovery).
• Additional experience with LLMs, LSTM, RNN, TensorFlow, and H2O is advantageous.
