What you'll do
The Director of Quality role is a strategic position responsible for ensuring operations consistently meet the high quality bar for medical records. As the Director of Quality, you will lead a team of quality assurance auditors and program managers to develop, maintain, and execute DeepScribe’s quality management program. The Director of Quality will work cross functionally with sales, customer success, engineering, and product to understand customer challenges and needs, then executing the quality program across internal and external operations.
Your impact
Own operations quality strategy and its tactical implementation
Establish, evolve, and maintain quality metrics that effectively guide DeepScribe to deliver high quality notes and achieve customer satisfaction goals
Manage and evolve the quality auditing program to employ scalable QA solutions, including collecting and analyzing data to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
Be a champion for change and an effective change agent to help drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology
Develop and drive continuous improvement program for operations
Build, support, and continually develop a strong QA team across multiple sites with a culture of accountability
Stay current on quality trends and best practices, and lead the application of those best practices
Foster relationships with vendors and translators to ensure highest quality services and long-term partnerships
About You
5+ years of experience with quality management, ideally involving data labeling
3+ years of leadership experience, specifically experience directly managing people
Experience building and leading quality management programs
Experience working with large populations of distributed, virtual workers
Experience working with contingent labor, including directly and indirectly contracted
Familiar with vendor partnerships, ensuring established quality requirements are fair and accurate.
Adept at operating independently with minimal guidance
Healthcare experience is nice to have but not required
Salary, Perks, and Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
