What Will You Do?

As a vital member reporting directly to the International Human Resources Director, your role will focus on leading digital HR transformation initiatives across all regions and functions. Responsibilities include:

• Driving the transition towards a robust data culture and enhancing people analytics within HR.
• Collaborating with Group HR teams to strategize and implement digital HR solutions that integrate smoothly within our operations.
• Employing advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and foster data-driven decision-making processes.
• Managing strategic HR Controlling, overseeing manpower developments, budget cycles, and monthly monitoring of HR KPIs.
• Leading change management strategies and providing support to HR teams across the board.
