What You Will Do:

As a valued member of our Human Resources community, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with HR professionals to identify and develop use cases for Predictive/Correlation Analysis, Simulations, and Classification.
  • Create and implement end-to-end AI models, effectively communicating these advancements to our business counterparts.
  • Engage with multifunctional teams to coordinate between HR business and IT, enhancing People Analytics with cutting-edge technology.
  • Contribute to spreading data science awareness within the HR ecosystem at Airbus.

Are You the Right Fit?

Our ideal candidate will exhibit:

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Python programming with a focus on GPU-based parallel and accelerated computing.
  • Proficiency in Machine/Deep Learning, Large Language Models, DevOps tools (Github, PyTest), and Visualization tools (Spotfire, QlikSense).
  • Familiarity with HR Reporting Systems like Workday, PRISM, SAP BI is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Adaptability in fast-evolving environments, strong communication skills, and a structured yet collaborative work approach.
  • A hands-on, creative problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of HR and GDPR being advantageous.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in Data Science.
