Role Overview: Manager for SAP Business AI Customer Services

The Manager for SAP Business AI Customer Services is an esteemed member of SAP's central AI Unit. In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Collaborate with customers to implement SAP Business AI solutions, enhancing business performance with cutting-edge machine learning technology.
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-value propositions incorporating machine learning technology into customers' daily operations.
  • Act as a key representative for SAP Business AI at various internal and external events, showcasing the tangible benefits of our solutions.

As a (Senior) Development Manager, you will guide and lead both customers and internal teams in developing innovative machine learning solutions. You must adeptly collaborate and communicate with a diverse, international team in an agile manner. Expertise in technical and managerial aspects, coupled with a deep understanding of the sales cycle, is crucial for driving your team's success.

As a Machine Learning thought leader, staying updated with the latest developments in the field is essential. You will be responsible for driving successful projects in the realm of Machine Learning technology.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • 15+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning trends and technology.
  • A proven record of successful customer projects and interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales and accounts teams on go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in implementing machine learning solutions and platforms.
  • Familiarity with machine learning technologies such as Generative AI and frameworks like TensorFlow or scikit.
  • Programming skills in languages like ABAP, Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Jupyter Notebook.
  • Knowledge of database and cloud computing technologies.
  • Preferred experience in SAP technology and SAP system integration technology.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
