Currently, only machine learning models can capture this complex behavior. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, join our team. Your task will involve:
- Conducting literature research to find credible simulation approaches.
- Developing a compact digital twin based on machine learning to quantify uncertainty and conduct robustness analysis of moulded power modules in various thermal and thermo-mechanical loading conditions.
- Developing a test structure with a piezoresistive stress sensor to validate the compact digital twin.
- Presenting work within Bosch and at international conferences.
- Cooperating in publicly funded projects with external partners, including research and industry leaders.
Qualifications
