Power BI Lead - Americas

This position is available at LVMH Beauty Tech as part of the regional Americas team, which handles the Retail, Trade, and Data applications.

The LVMH Beauty Tech regional team is shared between the North America LVMH P&C Shared Service Center and the Mexico LVMH Beauty Shared Service Center. This team services all the major LVMH Beauty Brands for the region, including Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo, Guerlain, Acqua di Parma, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, and Stella. LVMH Beauty Tech Americas also provides services to Kendo and Benefit Cosmetics.

Job Description

The role involves managing all regional data analytics initiatives on Power BI for the LVMH Beauty division.

You will work in cooperation with the Central and Local data teams to set data visualization standards for the region, as well as deploying reports and dashboards for all Maison(s) within our scope.

This role covers the full project development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and user training.

The role also involves managing Power BI resources/consultants as required for projects.

Qualifications

• Management of an evolution requests portfolio
• Technical and functional understanding of AAS and Power BI (including components like runbooks, architecture etc.)
• Power BI expertise
• Expertise in dashboard design and best reporting practices
• Experience with SQL. GCP experience is a plus.
• Preferably experienced in an international or multi-brands context, and knowledgeable about the luxury industry

Profile:

• Being bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Power BI and reporting tools is required.

Additional Information

• Main Office Environment: LVMH P&C New Jersey office
• Occasional travel to New York City (Midtown)
• Occasional travels to Canada, Miami, or South America

While the published salary range is a reliable reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $117,300.00 - $131,764.00.
