Job Description Accountabilities -Determine methods and procedures of identifying and collecting information not currently captured in the system -Gather and evaluate complex data -Establish reports and analyze/summarize content -Research, analyze, design and maintain information systems in support of human resource administration and projects -Continuous improvement through process, technology or automation -Monitor and measure the integrity of data elements in the HRIS system to determine the degree of accuracy and source of errors Organization change consulting & Mass change expert -Supporting HRBPs with reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions regarding system interdependencies, data requirements, and lead times. -Partner with HR teams to maintain position & Org management -Advise global and regional HR team members on the available tools, processes and requirements to successfully complete medium to large scale changes Data quality champion & literacy champion -Manage data quality metrics, develop and drive data quality campaigns, supervise corrective action -Provide first point of contact for data and process anomalies -Train and communicate key messages on the meaning, use and implications of data within HR processes and systems -Assist with the deployment of new solutions Reporting and Data Analytics champion -Advice on and drive adoption of self-service reporting, sources of data for analytics, propose improvements to standard reports -Works closely with the Regional APAC HR Operations team to extract meaning from complex data relationships. -Acts as the Regional HR Operations data analytics expert -Understands and extracts insights and information from complex data relationships and correlations and develops reports to enable the effective use of the resulting knowledge -Proactively generates dashboards working with strategic partners to allow HR Operations leadership to proactively adjust service and communicate to stakeholders and strategic partners. -Works with Data Analytics CoE to ensure the sharing of best practice and avoidance of duplication. -Assists with data gathering strategies across the breadth of HR Delivery for the full employee lifecycle. -Identifies new opportunities for data gathering to fill in gaps in existing models (link to CoE) in order to enable higher levels of analysis and ensure alignment with corporate priorities. Qualifications Knowledge, experience & capabilities Critical knowledge -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent experience. -8 - 10 years’ experience in Functional, Operational & Solution front within the HR Domain -Has held key consulting position with intensive Stakeholder interaction at Global -Level within the HR Tower and working across other Departments as a solution/Change Management Consultant -Experience in program and project management -Has experience in a multi-national company in a virtual environment -Excellent communications skills and stakeholder engagement and change management -Agile way of working -Ability to work with data from multiple source systems and interpret and present it to support data-based decision making (Workday / SAP systems) -Strong abilities in data and report presentation. -Strong Data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities. -Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). -Strong Financial and Business acumen. -Strong Financial and Statistical Analysis skills. -Strong technical knowledge in data mining, reporting tools. -Good knowledge of databases and data warehouse structures. -Excellent ability to understand the organization’s goals and objectives Ability to effectively communicate information in a way that is clear, easily understood and tailored for different levels of end user. -Strong ability to work under stress and meet demanding deadlines. -Ability to function in an ambiguous environment. -Experience working in HR Shared Services (HRSS) is preferable.
