Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology consultant to join our team who has expertise in any of the following platforms: Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiter, or other leading HR Tech platforms on the market. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with HR process owners to assess their HR technology needs, assess requirements, offer expert guidance, and drive projects to implement solutions in collaboration with IT.

This role requires a combination of techno-functional proficiency, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR process owners and end-users to understand their HR technology requirements, challenges, and objectives. Develop a strong user relationship, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing HR technology systems, processes, data structures and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Facilitate & drive HR Technology projects on behalf of the HR Process Owners (Center of Expertise (CoEs) in collaboration with the Process Owners, HR applications team in IT & HR operational support (RSC).
  • Serve as the link between HR and IT. Capable of talking IT to HR and vice versa.
  • Play an active role in translating HR requirements for IT and capable of using HR functional knowledge and technology know-how to guide the conversation.
  • Oversee the handover of developed and launched processes to HR Operational Support (RSC), ensuring proper documentation and control.
  • Work collaboratively with IT counterparts (specifically IT Business Application) & operational counterparts (specifically RSC HR Operations), ensuring effective interfaces toward system development, maintenance, and operations.
  • Gather business requirements from HR process owners and end-users, collaborate with process excellence function & IT, and drive User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the developed service or product.
  • Design adoption programs such as communication and training to enable people to adopt new work methods and tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or HR Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Deep technical knowledge and proven experience with at least 7 years of experience on any of the HR Tech platforms like Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiter, etc.
  • Excellent HR Process knowledge & functional skills (Talent, Rewards, Organizational capabilities, Learning, HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Listening, Succession Planning, Absence, etc.)
  • Experience in UX (User Experience) Design or related project.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful technology or process implementations. Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and automation practices.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Skills & experience in GAP Analysis and business requirements gathering from end users & User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Ability to adapt to different client environments and industries.
