Who We Are Looking For

We need a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with a proven track record of developing and deploying enterprise-class AI-powered solutions. If you are passionate about leveraging technologies like deep learning and generative AI to resolve real business challenges and excel at working independently with innovative, practical ideas, this role is for you. This position offers the opportunity to lead AI initiatives within our Engineering team and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performing ML, LLM, and other AI solutions integrated into our product suites.
• Develop and maintain the infrastructure to operationalize these solutions, including CI/CD tooling, automated testing, monitoring, and data pipeline architectures.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product Management, and our CTO to direct our AI strategy and develop new AI-driven products.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI technologies and promote their adoption within the company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software product development experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to advanced ML solutions in a product-focused environment.
• Strong technical foundation with a Computer Science background, ideally holding a Master’s degree specializing in AI.
• Expertise in Python and Data Science tools, along with extensive knowledge of ML technologies such as Pytorch, TensorFlow/Keras, scikit-learn, and large-scale data processing technologies (SQL, Spark, data warehouses).
• Experience in deploying Generative AI technologies like GPT-4, LangChain, LLama2, and developing comprehensive ML workflows from conceptualization to production.
• Excellent customer-centric approach, with experience delivering products that significantly improve customer outcomes.
• Adept at working remotely in a distributed team setting, proficient in asynchronous communication.
• Experience with JavaScript and Node.js, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP are advantageous but not essential.

Location

This remote role is ideally positioned for candidates in the EMEA region, although talented applicants from other areas are encouraged to apply.
