Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Your Role:

• Conducting pure experiments rigorously against relevant performance measures, and analyzing performance metrics to derive actionable insights
• Developing and maintaining services with proactive monitoring, and incorporating best industry practices for optimal service quality and risk mitigation
• Breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks in line with established management practices and ensuring stakeholder visibility
• Managing end-to-end lifecycle of large scale ML projects, including data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and experiment upgrades
• Using a strong background in ML, statistics, and deep learning to adeptly apply research-backed techniques for model development
• Keeping up with the industry's best ML practices and developments to mentor and guide team members

Qualifiers:

• 3-5 years of experience in constructing, deploying, and maintaining ML solutions
• Extensive experience with Python, Sql, Tensorflow/Pytorch, and at least one distributed data framework (Spark/Ray/Dask)
• Understanding of Machine Learning, probability & statistics, and Deep Learning Fundamentals
• Experience in designing end-to-end machine learning systems that operate at scale
