Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings targets through expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pipeline development plan to ensure a 4:1 quarterly and annual pipeline-to-quota coverage ratio.
  • Enhance Labelbox's visibility among large enterprises and effectively communicate our value proposition to VP and C-Suite executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback, pain points, and experiences, shaping our product strategy.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the technology sector, closing contracts with a minimum of $100k ACV.
  • Experience managing consultative sales cycles with executives at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
  • Proven experience selling data, AI, or technical products to data scientists, engineering leaders, and C-level executives.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, including strong qualification, proposal creation, contract negotiation, procurement handling, and customer success.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales prospecting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

At Labelbox, we prioritize pay parity and transparent discussions about compensation. The expected annual base salary range for U.S.-based candidates is $125,000—$175,000 USD. This range excludes any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Specific compensation factors include skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
