Behavox is shaping the future for how businesses leverage their most critical resource - data. Our bold mission is to organize enterprise data into actionable information that safeguards and fosters the growth of multinational firms globally.
We manage enterprise risk and compliance while maximizing revenue and value, with our data operating platform offering a wide-ranging opportunity to create multilingual, AI/ML-based solutions that kickstart data for every function within an international corporation.
Our approach is unique, corroborated by our customers who encourage us to keep pioneering as no one else is amassing, analyzing, and leveraging data to unveil opportunities or address issues quite like we do.
We are looking for fearless innovators with a relentless hunger to create what hasn't been created before.
As an Internal Technical Project Manager, you will participate in the delivery of crucial internal projects closely associated with revenue generation, efficiency enhancement leading to cost reduction, linked to quantifiable business metrics, without impeding our capability to deliver external projects.
This role offers a significant opportunity for the right talent to lead activities such as:
1. Collaborate with our Data Science team to shape a top-tier internal PMO.
2. Work with an elite team on exciting projects with leading-edge technologies.
3. Evade big company politics and bureaucracy, and be rewarded for performance and contribution.
We view talent very seriously and are building a community of extraordinary individuals coalescing in high-performing teams. We acknowledge that top talent always has choices so we believe the process should be a mutual evaluation - the company AND the candidate assessing the alignment of business needs, career progression, and culture.
We will initially investigate the basic factors such as salary and location alongside core experience and skills and value alignment. This will be followed by a thorough exploration of the critical technical competencies identified for the role, and then a deep dive into behavioral competencies.
The most aligned candidate will then be asked to conduct a practical task simulation to ensure that you'd enjoy the type of work the role necessitates. This task will typically be presented to and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers.
