Candidate Profile

• Curious problem-solver.
• Experienced with reporting software.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Proficient in mathematics and enjoys working with numbers.
• Skilled at extracting insights from data.
• Capable of connecting high-level and low-level data.
• Able to identify and analyze trends.
• Effective communicator.
• Has experience working with students.
• Experience with assessment item analysis.
• Familiar with labeling and identifying question types.

Priority Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, analyze, and manage data from our Student Information System.
• Support data compilation and analysis at various organizational levels.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
• Perform statistical analyses to support decision-making.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.
• Maintain comprehensive network records.
• Prepare customized reports for local school needs.
• Develop and implement professional development programs for teachers to utilize database and software applications effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Basic coding and statistical knowledge.
• Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational setting and demonstrable expertise in reporting software and data analysis will be considered.

This is a 12-month position.

• Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000.
