Your Role

As a Digital Data Analyst, your role is crucial in deriving meaningful insights from data to enhance the business. You will ensure the quality, usability, and security of Sanofi’s data. Our R&D Accelerator offers great opportunities for growth and innovation, where you’ll collaborate with scientists to develop digital R&D products that drive new drug discoveries, enhance trial efficiency, and reduce cycle times leveraging Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, creative, and curious, with strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to provide input on solution design and architecture.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature generation.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on enterprise data models and definitions.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement Sanofi’s data management standards, policies, and best practices.
• Gather requirements for the sustainable implementation of data management standards.

About You

Experience

• Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
• Experience with tools supporting data management, including business glossary, metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality.
• Proficiency in developing best Lean & Agile practices, policies, and procedures.
• Experience working in environments with strict privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience in a healthcare company is a plus but not essential.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work with multiple teams to drive alignment and results.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL writing and data profiling.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and data storage solutions. AWS experience is a plus.
• Visualization skills in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Plotly, GGPlot, Bokeh.
• Project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Teams.
• Knowledge of Informatica Suite of Tools.

Education

• Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.

Languages

• English proficiency is required.
