Job Description

As the AI Data Science Associate Director, you will:

• Collaborate with our global Data Science team to develop and implement AI-driven solutions using the latest methodologies and tools.
• Engage with practice leaders and clients to deep dive into business issues, understanding the industry specifics, data intricacies, and operational constraints.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines within complex architectures, handling diverse data sources through SQL, Spark, and cloud-based big data technologies.
• Develop tools that leverage large, complex data sets to reveal actionable insights impacting customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other crucial business metrics.
• Employ cutting-edge deep learning techniques such as CNNs, RNNs, and transformers to enhance our natural language processing capabilities.
• Refine AI models and craft effective prompts that steer AI to achieve precise outcomes, ensuring integration of external knowledge sources and enhancing output relevance.
• Conduct rigorous statistical data analyses to support strategic decision-making and document predictive models and machine learning results for client projects.
• Guide clients in deploying these models within their existing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

For this role, you should have:

• An advanced degree (MS) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or another relevant quantitative field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in advanced Data Science, with a strong focus on predictive modeling, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proven skills in developing AI solutions and extensive experience with data science programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and data visualization, with knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Optimizely as a plus.
