Become part of our rapidly growing Digital Innovation - AI Center of Excellence team and participate in developing innovative applications based on Artificial Intelligence technologies. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop projects based on AI algorithms, for both internal process optimizations and clients integrated into innovative software solutions;
- Actively contribute to the growth of our AI-focused structure, particular capacities in Natural Language Understanding and Computer Vision;
- Engage in the AI product lifecycle from business case analysis, model tuning, to development of required application components to achieve the ideal User Experience;
- Work in an organized context where methodological aspects and relationships assume strategic significance with an international and multicultural breadth;
- Ensure delivery of project agreed deliverables with the Project Manager and clients, in line with shared budget and quality constraints;
- Provide application support to AI-based solutions using Large Language Models and Computer Vision, both existing and newly created.
Your Unique Strengths
Applicants are expected to have:
- A degree in STEM disciplines;
- Experience in developing and training models using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision technologies through popular frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark ML, Spark GraphX) and SaaS services (Google Vertex AI, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI);
- Proficiency in using Python for developing AI-based solutions and interest in working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI and Computer Vision techniques like OCR, YoLo, etc.;
- A strong understanding of Semantic Web and mature search engine architectures (Elastic Search, Solr, Lucene);
- Experience with NoSQL data structures (MongoDB or Hadoop ecosystem components);
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java/Scala, C++, or Python;
- Skills in Continuous Learning to leverage opportunities from new technologies beyond mere research activities;
- Advanced skills in active listening, synthesis, and problem-solving;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of professional responsibility;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written).
