Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will design and industrialize Machine Learning (ML) software solutions for client use cases, ensuring these solutions meet rigorous performance, security, and governance standards when executed in production environments. Collaborating closely with Cloud Data Architects, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers within Bip xTech, you will help deliver top-quality ML solutions. Part of your role will involve designing ML Ops platforms, providing guidelines on AI and data architectures, supporting software implementation, and enhancing AI observability.

Who Are We Looking For?

Core Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• Proven experience with the Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in software development using languages such as Python, Scala, Java, etc.
• Skilled in software solution design and data structure implementation.
• Experienced in using Code Repository tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologies.
• Proficiency with SQL languages for database design, querying, and ETL processes.
• Fluent in both Italian and professional English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Big Data and Data Warehousing technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka).
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TensorFlow, Torch, Caffe, Theano).
