About the Project

Neurons Lab is thrilled to announce an opening for an AI Product Manager, focused on revolutionizing the gaming industry by integrating an advanced anti-cheat AI model. This strategic role involves leading the development and implementation of Generative AI Workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to pinpoint and leverage high-value use cases with substantial ROI.

Objectives

• Lead the development of Gen AI initiatives to drive innovation and growth.
• Identify key applications of Generative AI, enhancing business impact for our clients.
• Promote adoption and revenue growth of our AI solutions.
• Iteratively enhance our workshop content and PoC methodologies using client feedback and market trends.
• Comprehensively manage the Product Backlog to align with user and business needs.
• Develop, oversee and adjust the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.

Areas of Responsibility

• Curate and refine educational content for Gen AI Workshops.
• Conduct ongoing market research to align with the latest industry trends.
• Define and calculate potential ROI for Gen AI implementations across various industries.
• Plan and execute PoC projects to meet precise client objectives.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams for successful service execution.
• Track key performance indicators and report on workshop and PoC outcomes.
• Continuously collect feedback to enhance the AI service offerings.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Robust understanding of the Generative AI technology and product development lifecycle.
• Proven product management, strategic thinking, and client management expertise.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and managing product documentation.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record in product leadership.
• At least one year in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI projects with proven success in defining ROI and monitoring success metrics.

Terms & Conditions

• This is a part-time position (0.5 FTE).
• Candidate must be available during morning hours CET.
• The position starts in the first week of June 2024 and allows remote work from any location with flexible working hours.
