Senior/Staff Technical Product Manager, Robotics

We’re searching for a Senior Technical Product Manager, Robotics with prior experience collaborating with roboticists and vision experts on cobot or autonomous systems that operate in close contact with people. As a key member of our team, you'll help shape our vision and roadmap, delivering cutting-edge technology at the intersection of robotics and wellness. While this role primarily focuses on vision, control and software, you’ll also work closely with our hardware team as we develop future iterations of our platform.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, Robotics at Aescape you will:

• Focus intently on the experience we provide to delight our customers, cultivating an understanding of the impact of our technology choices and content delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with our engineering and content leaders to develop the vision and roadmap for our human-robot interfaces and control systems.
• Design metrics and KPIs that bridge our innovative technology and customer experience to enable us to track and boost performance.
• Work with research, content and design teams to test and validate hypotheses to improve our experience, introducing new features to our customers.
• Create product requirements, work with engineering managers to plan and carry out sprints, develop acceptance criteria, and assure timely shipping.

What You’ll Bring

• Over 7 years of experience in robotics, with at least three of those serving as a product manager.
• Strong product management skills with a customer-first mentality.
• Technical curiosity and a passion for both robotics and our customers.
• Working knowledge of robot control & vision systems and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broader audience.
• Experience with cobots or autonomous systems that operate close to humans.
• A structured approach to problem-solving, a data-driven mindset, familiarity with analytics, and comfort in creating metrics & reports.

Nice To Have

• Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, capability to develop reports & dashboards.
