Role: AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager, you will provide vision and strategic direction to transition from basic statistical analysis to dynamic machine learning deployments. You will collaborate with various teams to identify new business opportunities, advocate data-driven decision-making, and promote accelerated AI adoption.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with various Business Unit (BU) stakeholders to understand their business needs and insights.
• Influence BU stakeholders' approach to business challenges and opportunities by promoting a data-driven mindset.
• Act as a "translator," converting business problems into data problems.
• Facilitate collaboration between BU stakeholders and the team, leading solution development including use-case creation, defining insight products and their roadmap, and automating efforts to bring products to production.
• Define team and product strategies.
• Track and prioritize the development of insight products, addressing any roadblocks.
• Support the development of our team’s strategy, and present materials to TELUS executive leadership regularly.

What You Bring:

• Recognition for addressing business needs using innovative AI and advanced analytical techniques.
• Expertise in strategy development, problem-solving, structured thinking, advanced communication, and project management.
• 5+ years of hands-on work and practical business experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud computing platform - GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledgeable in software and AI development lifecycles, including ML Ops.
• Agile with a proactive approach to removing roadblocks for quick results.

Great-to-Haves:

• GCP or other cloud certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodology and a start-up environment.
• Background in Management Consulting.
• Product Management/Ownership certification(s) or Scrum Master.
